Unable to upload images on Forum

Hello all. I haven't used the site for a couple of years, but now find that I can't upload images in the forum. I've contacted Delcampe but the help desk can't seem to understand why. Has anyone else had the same problem - and if so, how can I remedy it please?

I uploaded successfully yesterday.

Click on the + symbol below the text box and you can type in the path/browse your pc for the image you want to upload.

Nope, it's defo not working for me. I click the + sign. Nothing. I make coffee. I touch touchscreen on + sign. No response.

I sell stuff on other sites all the time, and images upload fine. In the past I've posted questions on Delcampe forum, so I 've no idea why it has stopped workiing for me. I might try it on my tablet and see if it's just my laptop.

obviously not.

I don't know what the answer is then.

Unless, there is a size limit and you tried to upload a file that was too large.

Thank you for trying to help.
It isn't about file size because I'm not even getting as far as browsing images. I'm wondering if its a cookie problem. Will try on my daughter's laptop tomorrow.

Interestingly, I just managed to upload a photo to go against my personal ID. So it's just the forum where I can't do it.
Oh well. A problem for tomorrow!

I've just managed to upload the image from my tablet. It isn't good, but it will do for now.
I think I need to look at my laptop settings. Thanks for all your help.
