    There was a photographer called Bourne who worked out of Eastbourne, so it might be somewhere in that area of SE England?

    After you wrote the text, which I identified as Welsh, I did a Google image search for "War Memorials in Wales". It is a quite distinct shape, so I just trawled through the images until I found it and then confirmed it by looking for an image of the church.
