Decreasing sales and vistor numbers.

Yes, a big drop off in sales and visitors for me. The biggest problem is making the buyers pay the fees and making them visible in that way. There is no doubt that causes a down turn. And specials are just a tedious thing really. Interest in stamps does fluctuate from time to time, but I have no decrease in collectors who visit me at home to buy and most come from out of town and even from Australia. In fact, they all say they prefer to catch a plane and make a day of buying. Not everyone can do that of course, but it is a trend.

I do think selling a stamp for - 26 cents when postage is $5 is ridiculous and does slow down and occupy the servers. I understand that, but in a way all those stamps advertise the site, so they do their work really. And I have nothing under $10, even for buyers who come to my house for stamps; but the selling price is negotiated at the end of the day as a bulk sale. And postage and packing is not a factor, as these collectors take what the purchase away with them.

So I hope, the site returns to the old format.
