Lower bid time.

    I think lower bids being cancelled after three days is too soon. I could be out of town or otherwise out finding stamps. I think ten days would be better. Once you miss a lower bid, the bidder thinks you don't care and never comes back! We all lose. Take into account this side of the earth might be asleep. We do actually sleep at night. And I don't look at the screen every minute of the day.

    unfortunately if you dont respond timely, they would look elsewhere and you loose your sale anyway , a no win situation
