I may be wrong as this is not my specialist subject, but the Italian Army surrendered to the German Army on 22nd September 1943 an therefore Italian Occupation ended. The original stamp without overprint was issued in Greece as a Postage Due on 11th October 1943. It is unlikely these would have been issued in time so are either unissued and obsolete at the time of issue, of bogus. I favour bogus.
