All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
Due to some registered mail lost in pass few month, so we must use registered mail with insurance , the cost is €12 （less 15 pcs ungraded banknotes），€18（over 15 pcs banknotes less 120 pcs banknotes ），previous registered mail still available，but for this service，we will only cover losses up to €50, so we recommend that all customers purchasing banknotes worth more than 100 euros choose insured mail （The insurance coverage varies by country from €50 up to €400）.
Normally，we only send to EU country （exclude Spain）, but if you from other country and want buy our items, if you can accept cover all risks , we can also send them to worldwide

We also sell banknotes in other platform or in some numismatic show or papermoney show, we cannot confirm all the banknotes are available，so every order we will check the stock first , and will reply to every customers. If some banknote not available , this is inevitable. So please don't left the negative feedback, otherwise we will do the same feedback to buyer

About Banknotes condition
GEM UNC ：Almost perfect condition, but may have slight counting marks
UNC：May have slight defects such as yellow spots and wrinkles, but no folds
AU+/UNC-：There are very slight fold and wrinkles，but it usually requires strong light to see
AU：There are 1-2 folds and wrinkles，but still very nice
EF-gEF：2 - 5 folds ，others overall same as AU
VF-gVF：Many folds，may be some stains，but there is no obvious damage
VG-F：The evidence of circulation is considerable with rounded corners, margin splits and other issues
G：The note is heavily circulated but is intact. Some small pieces may be missing
