Latest news:
Almost all functions in Denmark are now digital, and therefore there is no longer a need for the exchange of letters. Over the past few years, there has been a sharp decline in letter mail, and for example, I have not received a domestic letter in two years. The decline means that Post Danmark will stop delivering both domestic and international letters, with the last delivery taking place on 15 December 2025.
We have another option (DAO) for domestic letters, but there is currently no information about alternatives for international mail. This means that later in the year I will have to find other ways to send letters to the rest of the world, and further information will follow soon.
