Payment should be made via PayPal or MangoPay within 7 days after the first item in a transaction is bought. Please wait for the invoice before payment, especially if you buy both covers and stamps / souvenir sheets / miniature sheets in the same transaction.

If all the items bought in a transaction are stamps / souvenir sheets / miniature sheets, and the total of the items in a transaction does not exceed US$35, buyer may choose between normal airmail (with no tracking) at US$2 for each invoice, or registered airmail (with tracking) at US$4 for each invoice. If the total of the items in the transaction is US$35 or more, items will always be posted via registered airmail (with tracking) at US$4 for each invoice.
If the items bought in the transaction involve 1 or more covers, and the total of the items in a transaction does not exceed US$35, buyer may choose between normal airmail (with no tracking) or registered airmail (with tracking). But if the total of the items in a transaction is US$35 or above, items will always be posted via registered airmail (with tracking). Fees will be as follows:

If buyer chooses normal airmail with no tracking, buyer is responsible to take the risk of the loss of mail during delivery.
Normally, items will be posted within 3 working days (excluding public holidays on the seller's side) after payment is received.
Note that all items will be declared as merchandise, and buyer is responsible for the customs duty / VAT / tax and / or customs clearance fee, if any.
