In Jun. 1904,the Chungking post office found itself short of 1 cent stamps.
As a temporary measure,the 2 cents coiling dragon stamp was bisected diagonally into 2 halves, and each half stamp was used as 1 cent stamp. Chan #136B, 2010 edition, on piece, priced US$300---Check Pic.2.
The picture on Chan Catalogue is No.6 postmark of Chungking. There are also No.2, No.3, No.4, No.5, No.6 postmark of Chungking.
This one is No.3 postmark(三).
On 31st Dec. 2020, another No.3 postmark was sold at 2553 CNY(308 €),check pic.6 ;
On 13rd Apr. 2022, one more No.3 postmark was sold at 3718 CNY (448 €) check pic 4-5. No more than 2 years, Increased by 140 €.
