Oleg Viktorovich Tereshkin (1971–1995) - deputy commander of a special-purpose platoon “Rosich” of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, warrant officer. Hero of the Russian Federation.
By decree of the President of the Russian Federation of July 20, 1996, Ensign Tereshkin of Oleg Viktorovich was awarded the title of Hero of the Russian Federation for his courage and heroism shown in the performance of military duty in the North Caucasus region of Russia (posthumously).
