Printing - Reduced Size

    Has anyone else experienced a reduction in the presentation on delivery advices and invoices?

    I noticed this happening this afternoon - the number of items per page increased as a result with a negative presentation of the advice itself as all the text and images reduced.

    Delcampe advises that it is to do with my printer parameters. I find this difficult to comprehend as I have not touched anything related to my printer and printing from all other sources has been unaffected ... only Delcampe output has changed.

    Is anyone else noticing a change in print output?

    This is most likely related to your web browser settings.

    We tested this using different browser(s) (versions) and printing the same invoice, with the same computer and same printer, had different results. Some invoices had a larger font, while others resulted in a smaller one being used.

    My problem with this answer if that I changed no settings in my Browser (which happens to be Chrome) nor my printer. The printing was as usual in the morning but changes to reduced size occurred in the afternoon. All other printing from applications on my PC and on line services remained unchanged except for the delivery note and invoice printing from Delcampe.

    And the reduced size is a nuisance.

    If it helps the problem seems to be with using Chrome. I have just logged in using MS Edge and that appears to be working fine as far as the printing is concerned ... which means I have a workaround.

    I've forwarded this issue to the departement in charge. They should apply a fix soon.
