Order in shopping cart disappears at Check out

    I spent over three hours last night browsing through the listings of a seller and managed to select 48 items that I wanted to purchase.

    Tried to send the seller a message and the system told me "You do not have an order with this seller so you cannot send a message yet."

    I then proceeded to check out only to see a message reading something like "There was a problem and the order cannot be processed"

    Then all items disappeared from my shopping cart. Can't seem to find them again.

    What a disaster!

    UPDATE:

    Turns out order was placed after all and I just paid for it.

    Sorry guys, I am having trouble navigating the site, leaving feedback and all else.
    If there are any training materials, I will read / watch them.
