help needed to trace one of my own cards

    I have sold a card that I failed to put a reference number on. so impossible to find at the moment . There used to be a way to search for items by entering your reference numbers. Is this now hidden somewhere or gone forever. If fhis is still in operation I could trace the card by numerous searches in relation to dates.

    You can search for an item by item number here: Link (https)

    If you'd like to search for a personal reference, you can do so through the integrated search engine of your sale tracking (see screenshot).

    thank you for your fast response but that hasnt really solved the problem.i want access to my personal reference numbers, so that I can try a variety of my reference numbers to narrow down the date and box that this item will be in. I obviously have the starting date of the item sold.

    Hello,

    You should be able to find the sale through your sold items list: Link (https)

    You can see all the personal reference numbers and sort your sold items by date.

    sorry Dimitri. we seem to be talking at cross purposes. Thanks for trying to help. I will try and go through all my archived sales to try and sort this out. It used to be so easy to do want I want to find.

    thank you for your suggestions. I found the item eventually the day I listed the query and I closed the enquiry, but that sseems to have disappeared. I appreciate your answers.
