Changing the country to calculate the shipping cost

    Hello Everyone,

    I moved to another country and I am trying to set up the shipping cost, for nationally it is still showing my old country of residence, how can I change that? My account info are updated to the new country tho

    First, you need to uncheck Germany from your Zone 3 on this page: Link (https) . Once Germany is removed from Zone 3, you can add it to Zone 1 and then uncheck Lebanon from that same zone. If you still encounter any difficulties, we invite you to contact our customer service: Link (https)

    Hello Cecilia,

    I dont have the option to uncheck Germany from the list, it looks disable.

    I edited your zone 1 to only add Germany. Please add again all the other countries you want to deliver to in your zone 2 "International" on this page: Link (https)
