A buyer can't buy my newly listed items

    Anyone here with this problem that buyers can't buy your listed items?
    Since the new invoicing system started I have just listed 75 items, but no one of them is sold.
    Yesterday evening one of my buyers write me that he want to buy some of my just listed Qatar covers, but he couldn't and ask me to look at my settings.
    I haven't changed anything in my settings and I accept selling to all countries WW.
    I have just written to Delcampe, but I don't think that I will get an answer before on Monday.

    I have now solved my problem, but I think that a lot of sellers will never got their items sold, because they will do the same fault that me.
    I haven't seen that the postage only show my own country Denmark, so therefore buyers from all other countries couldn't buy from me.
    If one of my buyers don't have told me this, I would still have wondered that not a single one of my covers, which has been posted on Delcampe after the change to the hopeless new invoicing system, was sold.
    I have now changed all my newly listed items, and 2 of them is already sold.

    But there is still a big problem.
    Both buyers want to buy more items, but they can't do so.
    What to do?

    Hi Pipeline,

    the issue is not linked to the new system of fee templates as from what I see you have correctly used it and have defined shipping for all the countries you ship to.

    The issue was that when you have listed your items through the selling form, you had only selected your country and you had not defined your fees for your other countries.
    You actually have to repeat these steps for the delivery zones located outside your country (by clicking on "Define fees").
    You need to manually modify all the listings for which you did not include the delivery.

    In the coming days/weeks, we will make sure a popup message appears if you do not define your fees for the rest of the World. It will appear as a warning.

    Thanks to user baltija :cool: , I know the problem exists! I did add the shipping fees in the weird link. But still cannot see from my view point (from my location point) if the problem with items is settled or still persists? :coffee:
    Can my buyers technically proceed the bidding on my items? :dance:

    Dear Janis,

    I checked one of your items (1330912576) and you have selected to only deliver this item to your own country.
    If you want to ship somewhere else you'd need to modify this sale and click on "Define fees" for the rest of the World and/or tick the box "I would like a specific rate for my continent (Europe)" if you want to charge a specific fee for Europe.
