Wrong/missing functionality

    Now that this downgrade has been forced upon us, I have noticed a couple of serious errors and omissions:
    1) Where is the replacement for the old Marketplace function, listing all categories used? this was my primary point of entry to my store for maintenance
    2) When creating an invoice, the message block has the title "Send a message to your seller" - I'm the seller, trying to message my buyer!

    Sorry but I do not understand your 1)
    For the point 2) , it is a known bug which could not be solved yesterday. Will be for next week, it does not block anyone.

    Please feel free to report other glitches you notice. It is useful

    Sorry but I do not understand your 1)
    For the point 2) , it is a known bug which could not be solved yesterday. Will be for next week, it does not block anyone.

    Under My Delcampe > Selling there was a link called Marketplace which showed all my items by category; I can no longer find this or its equivalent

    Not absolutely sure, but I think I know what you're looking for.

    Top right, where it says "welcome xtf", there is a drop down menu - one of them is "shop". I think that's what you are after.

    Hello you!

    Well that sort of works, but having to wade through several layers of selection to see anything meaningful is much more difficult than having a list in front of you

    Why anyone needs to dumb down a working, useable site so someone can use their phone is beyond me - it's a bit like translating The Times into Janet and John format...

    I had the same problem. I ended up asking the buyer to buy each item at full price and I would then apply the discount to the invoice. Of course this means I will be charged Delcampe fee on the full sale price and not the discounted price!

    Good morning everyone,

    Today I got two payment requests from the same buyer.
    Went to send a combined invoice ,but there were not possible to combine the items to send a single invoice. I decided to send 2 invoices to him.
    I sent the first one with a single item included.When I started to send the next one the first item has appeared on the invoice. I updeted it and the combined invoice was sent finally.

    I just want to ask if this is the actual process for invoicing or a bug ?

    Or I just discovered how does the new invoicing system is working ?

    Please advice, :)

    to send a combined invoice - click on the small box next to MORE for each invoice. A blue button will appear called GROUP will appear underneath.This will then provide you with the required invoice. good luck .
