    Your problem probably came from uninstalling and reinstalling the Lister. This is because the uninstall process does not remove all of the Lister files.

    If you are computer savvy you can go into the computer registry and remove all entries to do with the Lister. But under no circumstances do this unless you know what you are doing as you can do a great deal of damage to your system.

    The alternative is to download the Lister to a detachable hard drive and once working properly you can copy it to your main hard drive.

    Hi Tony, this has been broken since the 7th of April when I reported it. It occurred as soon as the first 'new delcampe' programme was launched. I have been desperately trying to get this sorted out with little response. Elizabeth is supposed to be handling this but all I am told is it is with the engineers and I have had no response from her for about 2 weeks. I am appalled that this matter has taken nearly 6 weeks and got nowhere. See my thread in ' technical problems'. good luck . Derek

    Easy Uploader was broken for me again for about two weeks, and Delcampe Customer Support have been very disappointing (I'm trying to be polite).

    It might just be a coincidence, but after I updated to the latest version of Adobe AIR (I recall that Bulk Lister did this automatically?), everything has been working fine.

    Why not try that? Nothing to lose!
