    Buyer protection programs are the responsibility of the 'payment system' e.g. MoneyBookers or PAYPAL. The costs for such protection are part of the charges - which is why PAYPAL charges so much more than MoneyBookers! In my view this isn't something Delcampe would wish to or should become involved with - it is a complicated process.
