Not combining into single invoice

    Someone just bought 5 items but Delcampe did not automatically combine them in one invoice. The only way I could do it was to issue an invoice for one item, then invoice another, then another etc. So I ended up having to send 5 invoices

    I just had to email my buyer & explain why he got so many invoices!

    There is still a problem although a slight improvement. Someone bought 4 items (a group offer I accepted), 3 were combined by Delcampe in one invoice, but the other 1 was separate.

    I could only do an invoice for all 4 by doing one invoice first , then another invoice which allowed the others to be added

    Please fix this problem. Its a nuisance

    this fault still exists. unable to send a combined invoice this evening . 7 saLes. sent invoice for one and then tried again but the second time woud only add another one etc. this is a serious problem that needs sorting urgently.

    Yes, It just happened to me. I accepted a group offer for 11 items, but Delcampe only combined 9 of them. I had to do 2 more invoices to add the other two.

    Its getting ridiculous, we end up having to spam our customers with multiple invoices, it makes us look unprofessional :angryfire: :d-unhappy:

    I disagree that it is not a major issue. It should not be the case that I am actually dreading getting an order for 20 or 30 + items, in case I have to end up sending 10+ invoices+

    As a work round, as it has happened to me too, send the buyer 1 invoice, adding all the sales value (bar the one you're actually invoicing, obviously) as an addition. Useful to send the buyer a message to let them know what you've done - better that than sending multiple invoices.

    Sometimes, Delcampe makes me crazy.
    The invoice system does not work properly, ie., sometimes does not agregate a previous issued invoice with a new one. And it's hard to explain to a not easy buyer this situation (several invoices instead one).
    I contacted Customer Service several times about this issue, and until this moment got zero from them. For me, it's a lack of respect :angryfire:
