Easy Uploader not working

    Easy Uploader - Step 5/7 : "Importation of your images" is not working.

    The "Add your images" button is not active. There is no hand on rollover, and it is not clickable. Sometimes there is a "No runtime found" message at the bottom of the pane.

    It has been like this for several days now. Please help!

    Easy Uploader - Step 5/7 : "Importation of your images" is not working.

    I have a similar problem trying to import items into the lister, which does not work. I reported this last Thursday, but as yet nothing has been done . No response to e mails . Seems the new programme that they are installing is taking priority over sorting the other problems out. Good luck.

    I have a similar problem trying to import items into the lister, which does not work. I reported this last Thursday, but as yet nothing has been done . No response to e mails . Seems the new programme that they are installing is taking priority over sorting the other problems out. Good luck.

    I've sent them an email too. Looks like I shouldn't hold my breath on this. Customer service really is not what it used to be on Delcampe. Fortunately, eBay is working fine, and their customer service has always been consistent - always poor!

    As of yesterday, Easy Uploader is working again. Only found this out by trial and error - nothing from Delcampe. Disappointing that their Customer Services are not updating this thread.

    Easy Uploader was broken for me again (!) for about two weeks, and Delcampe Customer Support have been very disappointing (I'm trying to be polite).

    It might just be a coincidence, but after I updated to the latest version of Adobe AIR (I recall that Bulk Lister did this automatically?), everything has been working fine. Why not try checking that you have the latest Adobe AIR - nothing to lose!
