Big problem with fixed price items in quantity

    Hello,

    i'd like to report problems with sold fixed price items in quantity after the introduction of the new invoicing system: 3 buyers bought 1 copy and invoice shows 3 to 5 copies of each item sold.

    Sold items pages and end of sale emails looks OK. It is the invoice that shows more quantity. Don't seems possible to change quantity in the invoice itself.

    Items concerned are: 260795191, 260458826 and 260816664

    Buyers are already complaining why their total amount to pay more than doubled! They are complaining to me, not to Delcampe! I will not thanks Delcampe to boost my sales this way :no: but I would appreciate a quick resolution of the problem. Thanks.

    Hello again,

    Additional information: as show on the image below invoice sent to buyer don't show 3 copies of the same item but assume total amount as if he bought 3 copies.

    This time I have not received any email in duplicate.
    So, it seems there was no relation between that error and this one.

    Hello again Benjamin,

    As far as my 3 items are concerned they still appear in my "sold items" list with several copies sold, instead of one copy each. I've also checked it is still not possible to send correct invoices to the buyers.

    Items concerned are: 260795191, 260458826 and 260816664

    Situation is now solved. I was able to send correct invoice to all buyers.
