    I have just installed a new pc - windows 8.1 and unfortunately my previous pic program Livepix will not load on it. Can anyone advise me of which picture program they use for production of their stamp images as I cannot seem to find one that is suitable

    I scan and edit (if needed) using Photoshop Elements
