Security error message

    I'm trying to list some material and am getting a 'Security error' message when I try to upload a scan. This has happened twice in the last 10 minutes or so. Is ther an ongoing problem?

    Hello,

    It was just a few minutes outage normally. A new upload system is being setup to fix the multiple previous problems.

    The new version should be stable today or on Monday. If we cannot have it stable today, we will bring back the old one until Monday.

    Hello,

    It was just a few minutes outage normally. A new upload system is being setup to fix the multiple previous problems.

    The new version should be stable today or on Monday. If we cannot have it stable today, we will bring back the old one until Monday.

    Thanks, Seb. It is not constant - having abandoned listing twice and tried again from new, the system would allow 5 -6 listings OK before coming down again.

    If you are reverting to the old version, could you please let us know when you are going to try the new version again so that we can avoid trying to list at that time

    Thanks, Seb. It is not constant - having abandoned listing twice and tried again from new, the system would allow 5 -6 listings OK before coming down again.

    We would love to. But if we do so, we cannot check if the system is going well for all sellers.

    We did testing on a little more than 10 browsers with different configuration, but we did not check from some of our national sites. Which you obviously used to upload your sales (and you are right to do so! ;) )

    Problem has been solved now on the new system, but we will not put it in production before the week-end (having then less people here available in case of problem). We plan to put it again on Monday Morning (Brussels time)

    Fair point, Seb. I've no problem when you're trying to improve things - very much hope this one goes well! The upload seems to be fine now, by the way, whichever version we are working on.

    Old one now. But some sellers are prevented to use it by their browser. The new uploader is by far better and will allow to upload multiple files at once.

    For your info.

    I am getting an error message ("stopped responding") in the "Send invoice" screen, and also, the scroll bar in that screen is not working.

    This is happening in Chrome - In Firefox it appears to be working normally.
