    Hello all,

    We worked all the day on this image problem (again).

    Solutions have been found and applied, but as the userload is low at this time, we are not sure THE solution has been found.

    Lister & API processing have been started again, unless we should stop them in the next few hours.

    We continue our investigations

    We worked all the day on this image problem (again).

    Solutions have been found and applied, but as the userload is low at this time, we are not sure THE solution has been found.

    Lister & API processing have been started again, unless we should stop them in the next few hours.

    We continue our investigations

    In between my first post this morning and Benjamin making the announcement, I did manage to upload today's batch of items, but they haven't appeared yet.:d-unhappy:

    I think I may take the day off tomorrow to do my Christmas baking. :)

    Benjamin. Image upload not working YET AGAIN. Time is 1pm here which is early morning CET. I give up hoping that your IT team will ever manage to get it right.

    Off to something elsewhere....cannot use Delcampe as it is forever broken

    Yes....uploads do work on other sites!!!!! :d-unhappy:

    Still here for now but patience is wearing very thin. Selling form seems to work spasmodically but it is so, so irritating when the image does not upload or takes a long time.

    I'll review my position and trading intentions in the new year when the Christmas decorations have been taken down.

    For now, I will continue only doing maintenance work plus a bit of re-listing and keep an eye on the forum for when the plaudits arrive for the site again......

    Anyone facing problem with Lister?

    I found that I have sent few items through lister, but I am afraid ever after
    1 hour the items are not appearing.

    It can take up to several hours for Lister items to appear on the site.

    Much depends on when you send the items - if it is peak time your items go into a queue and become active when they reach the start of the queue. If you send the items during a quiet time they become active almost immediately.

    Personally I have found the Lister far more reliable than the selling form.

    It is more than 12 Hours now, still the items sent through Lister is no where to be seen in sales.

    It is very time consuming through selling form.....

    The problem has not been resolved like you reported !!!

    Further problems again this morning!
    After appearing to work fine it is (currently) no longer possible to upload listings from Lister.

    What an absolute PITA.

    I am so frustrated - it is working ok again.

    Sometimes when using Delampe I feel that I'm going round the bend - one minute all is well and then suddenly a function you just used stops working ... and then 5 minutes later it is working again.
