Print invoice / packing list problem - BE WARNED

    A new option has appeared on the print invoice / packing list facility. As I can no longer see it I think it offers you the ability to print the buyers address on the reverse! The reason for this possibility is unclear.

    First of all I printed the normal invoice which printed the options boxes in reverse and the buyer's address in two places - so that looked rubbish.

    Then very foolishly I selected the option to print the buyer's address on the reverse. This removed the buyer's address completely and gave me no option to print the invoice! What's even worse is that I cannot reverse this selection and print any invoices at all.

    I am absolutely 'pissed off'. Why doesn't Delcampe properly test new features before applying them to the 'live' site ... and why does it not communicate changes and the rationale for making them. :angryfire: :pc_user3:

    Ho hum! I'm just glad I don't print invoices or packing lists anyway - life's complicated enough without adding in the Delcampe Factor
