    I have a simple question.
I live in the UK and I want to buy from a "professional " seller in Germany...do I have to pay the 25euro levy?

No, you are incorrect. UK buyers have had this fee imposed on them also even though UK customs regulations have not changed. Delcampe did not consider it economically viable to keep the IOSS system only for the UK, so imposed the fees on UK customers also. Delcampe are just pocketing the money for themselves. No this is not fair.

Thanks for your replies..there still seems to be a different interpretation of this levy.
I will delete all "professional "sellers from my "watching "list and from all "professional "sellers in my "cart".Its very disappointing as a simple collector.
I am a novice to Delcampe but because of what appears to be a load of "red tape " and an endless "tinkering " with Delcampe terms and conditions it will probably be far easier to buy from another "global "website!!
It does beg the question could "professional " sellers leave Delcampe to trade on another website?

A lot of sellers also list on other sites (or even multi list). The big no no is advertising listings on other sites here or taking listings off Delcampe to sell on another site or privately at the request of the buyer.

I have a lot of sympathy for where Delcampe have ended up, but they are not without blame for the solutions they have created.

Regulations, Tariffs, Brexit and some bad decisions by Delcampe (Buyers fees, Tariff Fees and now withdrawal fees and using EUR) have all made Delcampe a harder place for UK buyers and sellers.

I can see Delcampe continuing as a European marketplace, but the fee structure for those outside it is now prohibitively expensive for all but the biggest purchases from outside the EU.

OK..I think I've got it now.
One final question...if I buy from a "private "seller do I have to pay the 25euro levy?
    Thanks.
