    I need to only partially refund a customer of mine as I was not able to supply his complete order.

    It seems one can only refund the complete invoice. I may be missing something glaringly obvious so if anyone knows how to partially refund a Delcampe Pay payment I would appreciate knowing how this can be done.

    Hi Wycombe1,

    Partial refunds are not possible with Delcampe Pay.
    It's either a full refund or no refund at all I am afraid.

    Do you know if this is likely to change so partial refunds can be made - like, for example, with Paypal?

    It is awkward owing money that cannot be refunded in a quick and straitforward way.
