    I am still awaiting for an item, Seller has told me its shipped 2 days back but today the account shows Closed.

    Should I raise a dispute ? Payment done through MangoPay.

    I’d personally recommend waiting a few days or weeks to see if your order arrives. If it doesn’t, you could consider opening a dispute with the payment system you used.

    I’m not sure why the seller closed their account, but many sellers are struggling to cover the marketplace costs due to low sales and the changes introduced in 2024.

    If the seller had mostly positive feedback, it might be worth giving them the benefit of the doubt before escalating the case.

    1. The seller is new, just 3 feedbacks
    2. Payment is through MangoPay hence raising a dispute after 45 days seems fine.
    3. Seller is supposed to share tracking number but has not.

    If he was suppose to share a registered number and did not, I would personally open dispute.

    3 positive feedback is very insignificant.

    I hope you receive your order or you get your money back.
