How do I activate Mangopay

    Since I am told I have a Mangopay account by default, why can't I get into it, to transfer an unapproved payment to paypal. On may page, it is there- with the balance,
    but the logo is dead! If I have to open it with security admissions than it asks for a passport. I DON'T HAVE A PASSPORT!!!- Geoff

    With me they also asked for front and back copies of a driving licence. If you don't have either a passport or drinving licence then you will need to go through Delcampe.
    Presumably you have a bank account so can enter these details. If you dont know the IBAN or BIC details ask you bank for them.
    You cannot as far as I know transfer Mangopay to Paypal - only into a bank account.

    I do have have a drivers license. Not being able to transfer money to Paypal is a killer. I don't want to spend in New Zealand or engage in split payments for items. I like to transfer money to my family on Paypal- not a NZ bank. Delcampe take no account that people spend US dollar in the USA. And a great many countries will take US dollars. The big thing, there is no way I can stop anyone paying in to Mango. And they offer it as an option. It's terrible really. Delcampe has moved from a straight forward simple website to a complicated , administration heavy, and a confusing round about. Time is now taken up with administration instead of finding stamps to sell on Delcampe. Geoff

    im my country, there is an option to transfer funds from my bank-account to PP :deal:
    the problem seems to be the exchange loss from USD to NZ$ and back?

    No matter what, there should be a choice bar for which payment bank the seller uses for the buyers payments. And so on each sale item, the bank you use for the buyers payments should show up only. It's wrong to have two banks to choose from and the seller has no way of closing one. I suppose there should also be a choice for the seller to allow both banks also. At the moment that happens by default and the seller can not do anything to alter that. Now surely it is the sellers right to have control.

    It's very simple. All I am trying to do is get my buyers to use the Paypal option when they pay my invoice.

    Looks like I have to activate the payment which will go to Paypal by providing security to do so. This is very hard to get clear. So I guess that somewhere along the line I have selected Paypal.
