    Buyer feedback is no longer possible if shipping is not marked!

    Hello, we would like to inform my buyers that you can no longer leave reviews unless the item is marked as shipped.

    I received the last review on September 24th. Delcampe now charges a fee for the API, but has not been able to provide a function for transferring shipping information for more than 10 years. Requests for this very important function have so far been stubbornly ignored. As we have already communicated several times about this issue, we are not prepared to enter this information manually via the website. For our money, we can expect an API to be available that is equivalent to the APIs of other marketplaces and that, incidentally, do not charge an extra fee. I have the feeling that Delcampe is currently waging a small war against its sellers, even though we all just want to make sales. Since all the changes and the problems that have arisen in this context, sales via Delcampe have fallen sharply... Buyers are looking for other ways. Why are the necessary functions not created before the current ways are restricted. As long as there is no API function for transferring shipping/tracking data, the rating submission cannot be restricted. Kind regards

    I won't manually mark here that I've sent anything either. If I pay for an API, I expect that it can be used to do such mundane things. If I have to do half of it manually at each of the six places where I sell, the API is no use to me. But luckily that's only the case with Delcampe. If I leave here, I'll still have five sales outlets where I can do that and where I don't have to pay anything for the API (and there are no other fixed costs when sales are falling sharply). And if I feel like it, I'll just look for another platform and add it as a sixth one.

    Positive reviews are an advertisement for the seller and the platform. Delcampe obviously doesn't want advertising to increase sales. That fits in with everything that's happening here this year. Delcampe obviously has no interest in sellers or buyers, otherwise they wouldn't drive them away so systematically. All other platforms, on the other hand, do everything they can to increase the number of offers and sales. I don't understand why Delcampe is taking a different approach here. But it looks like I won't be staying here much longer anyway.

    There are two problems in the "To be shipped" view.

    1) There is a link with which you can tick all the boxes, but there is no button with which you can complete everything / set it to shipped, so you still have to click on each customer individually, which is far too time-consuming.

    2) Orders that have not yet been paid also appear in the view. That makes no sense at all, because why should something be shipped that has not yet been paid? If there are sellers who work on account, at least a display option would be necessary with which orders that have not yet been paid can be shown or hidden.

    I’m still waiting for a statement from DC regarding how the many recent changes have affected member count, user engagement, and sales. Oddly, DC has remained silent on this, which makes me wonder why. Why did they stop sharing these figures like they used to? It’s even more puzzling that they seem to have removed all the past reports.
