    Hello, the problem hasn't really been solved yet. The items are uploaded again, but no item description is displayed for the newly started items. See e.g. old article with description (1746921232). New item now no more description (1746921232). We use HTML code (tables, etc..) in our item description! Kind regards

    Please give priority. The items are reloaded in the shop, but all without an item description. This doesn't make the problem any smaller. The item description also contains many references to quality and any restrictions that may exist. Conflicts are inevitable. In addition, all articles now have to be updated again if it works again. Kind regards

    Hello, this item is old (1746921232) and with description, all new items, for example (1787354917) has no description. Here we are not changed anything. Kind regards

    Tests with or without html are all good.

However, the error that the item description is not displayed also occurs with the short example text, so it has nothing to do with whether the content contains HTML, but the problem must be found elsewhere.     We found that it's due to some encoding behavior.

    Hello, the HTML conversion works again, but all special characters are not converted correctly. This applies, for example, to the euro symbol, all characters with an apostrophe and the German umlauts (ä, ü, ö, ß) etc... You must make all % codes (UTF8) available. Kind regards

    All special chars are passing.
    This (ä, ü, ö, ß) as well as this ("%C3%A4%2C+%C3%BC%2C+%C3%B6%2C+%C3%9F").
    Is your encoding only an url encoding?

    Url encoding an UTF-8 "ä" result to "%C3%A4", i don't know how you get "%C7%A4"?
    No encoding is needed to post the content, you can also try sending it raw.

    Hello, sorry the %C7%A4 is an error in the text of the forum entry. I got into the wrong column when reading the table. We're sending exactly what you wrote ä = %C7%A4 (without the trailing C2 from your earlier reply). This worked perfectly until April 26th. You can also see this in the POST example from our email of June 2nd, 2023 / 11:00 a.m., which contains a number of special characters. The problem that it no longer works can only be due to this ominous filter. The number 1793213968 is an article number of a newly created article. You can see from this example how the special characters are now displayed. This is an article number (1761887467) that was created on April 24th, 2023 and everything is still correct. Kind regards

    Hello, all characters except the letters from a-z / A-Z are transmitted with UTF-8 encoding. I can send a sample post to the email address again. What was changed with the update on April 26, 2023? ... up until then everything had worked without any problems. Kind regards
