    There is some confusion between "Official documentation" and Support People

    On the official documentation is stated "On 1st december 2022, the default limit for adding new items will be set at 10.000 calls/day"

    The Support says "The default API call limit is set at 10.000 calls/day"

    Who's right ?

    If I use the "bulk" method to list items, apparently I can list 1.000.000 items per day



    I'm the developer of xdm.it service and not a seller ! Pls refrain to answer like "you have sell nothing......". Thanks !

    The limit is 10.000 items per day, wether you use the bulk or the single endpoint

    With this limit I can't add 3 more clients with more than 50.000 items on ebay...

    Very BAD decision :whiteflag:

    When the counter is reset every day ? I means at wich time/time zone ?

    This is very important when I have clients with tons of items to be published

    The counter starts from the first sale.
    From this moment, you can make a maximum of 10,000 sales within 24 hours.

    Hi Servitel,

    By example, if you start your first call to put on sale at 9 p.m. on January 11, 2023, the reset will be 24 hours later, so at 9 p.m. on January 12, 2023. It doesn't matter the server time or the time zone, just 24 hours later.

    Hi Servitel,

    If you list items during the day, there is currently no way of knowing when the reset happen.

    We are working on an API call to get the reset time and the number of call left. We'll come back soon with more informations
