Problem with images

    I sent products with api, products are always loaded (sometimes with a small delay) but images, sometimes, will not be loaded. I've done a little debug and the problem seems that Delcampe server try to load the images of the products all together. This occasionally leads to slow replies or timeouts that the Delcampe server interprets as an image not present.

    Is possible to send images of products with api? Or, maybe, is possible to directly load the images by ftp or something else?

    I experience the same problem "random"

    I have fixed this issue with a program at my end checking for images on new item listed. If the image is missed I delete the item and relist because sending again the image don't fix the issue

    Hello,

    Our script tries to load each image individually. What happens sometimes is that servers block our requests because we make too many at the same time. To avoid this you can whitelist our public IP in your configuration. IP : 82.146.118.155
    You can also try to put a delay between each sale to try to spread the load on your servers.

    We already have a retry system and we can't afford to increase the timeout or slow down our scripts.
    You can update an existing item with the images. It will retry to download them.
