    Can you please urgently check my API connection. I have around 20,000 items listed on my own website which should be appearing on Delcampe but there are only 879 appearing on Delcampe. Clearly something is wrong. The items listed on Delcampe are all from December onwards which may indicate that the automatic renew may not be working.

    Can somebody from Delcampe please be courteous and answer my question? This is a major loss of 19,000 items for sale and not one reply......this is very bad business.

    If you have not already done so you may get a quicker response if you contact Delcampe direct. Though, personally, I would not be too optimistic about receiving a reply. I contacted Delcampe well over a week ago about what I believe to be an unjustified negative from a non payer and, to date, have not had any response.

    No doubt everyone is very busy in the background maintaining the viability of the site?

    Probably a waste of time at the weekends - few if anybody there as I understand it!

    All my items should automatically renew when the sale period ends but now they just end and do not renew.

    On my account on the "Multiple changes" page it is defaulting to No Renewal. I should have aout 20,000 stamps for sale.

    I have not had an urgent response from you in 2 days so please tell me TODAY whether this issue is fixed.
    Hipstamps have offered me FREE API connection so if I don't hear that this is fixed, or if it is close to being fixed then I will take my business elsewhere. I am in the business of selling stamps...if you cannot, or do not want to do this for me then we have no future together.You stand to lose 22,000 quality items.

    It is now 10 days since this problem was report to you and I have had ONE message from you...it is not good enough.

    I am not an API programmer, I am a stamp seller. All I can say is that my sales were renewing and now they are not. I have made no changes to my set-up.

    If it is the renewal that is not working how do I restart them all withput upsetting the data-feed through API. I have sold several hundred items on my private website that now cannot be automatically renewed so is it better to disconnect API and reconnect it next week to relaunch any unsold items?

    I think I have identified the problem here. It seems that the renewal setting defaults to No Renewal. See screen-shot. The issue I have now is that I have sold several '000 stamnps since this problem, so I will have to cancel ALL the items on MY website and reload as new so that the API will renew all existing sales. With 45,000 items this will take me several weeks. Can you please ensure that the default is set to "Until it is sold x 28 days" so this does not happen again.
