As a Delcampe seller I offer the buyers to pay via my Paypal account.
    There is a new problem:
To accept the payment to my Paypal account I have to fill my USA bank details.
I'm an Israeli citizen and cann't have a USA bank account.
So I cann't accept the buyers payment.
Paypal people seem to ignore my and other people complaints about this situation.
    Any suggestions?
About MoneyBookers. I have sent them a question about drawing the money by an Israeli citizen. I don't have at this moment an MB account.
    Still no answer!!
    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Hi Hans,

In this situatuion, try to forget Paypal.

You can always "teach" your customers to use moneybookers
or another method of payments. Here you have a list:
    Link (http)
for some choices when things gets tricky about Paypal.

For yourself; don´t bother to mail moneybookers; just open an account.

(What citizenship you got really doesn´t matter - what matters is where you are domiciled and moneybookers do not discriminate any country.

If you are domiciled in Israel:
You can SEND money to moneybookers via YOUR bank account
(your bank will charge you a lot for that)

Or you can deposit money via a credit/debit card (Yours)
(moneybookers takes a small percentage for that)

If you want to withdraw money from moneybookers: Well Your bank would most probably rip you off again.

However accumulated money at moneybookers are more worth
than if you had them at Paypal as a transfer to another moneybookers account can only cost maximum Euro 0.50 and not 4% as for Paypal.
So you can buy more stamps for your moneybookers-money or just
arrange with someone to exchange them for cash.

Hope that will answer some of your questions.

    Dear El Gringo
    Many thanks for your advice.
I'll probably open a Moneybookers account.
