    I don't see newly listed items neither in my shop, neither in list. Have anyone else this problem?

    Hello123ugis,
    It is a international technical problem apparently, allover the site. No worries for the items you have uploaded. They are not lost. Tomorrow the technicians will look into this and the items will appear in the store.

    Hi, yes, six items I listed today are "missing" - glad it is not just me !

    None of these six appear in my public-facing "shop" or my behind-the-scenes statistics.

    Five of the six, but not the last, can be seen on my own behind-the-scenes selling list on Delcampe (although the number of "ongoing sales" at the top of the list does include the six new ones).

    I can see all six if I go direct to each individual page when I am logged in.

    Some sort of mix-up on the database, I guess. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

    We have found a solution to this.
    However to implement this solution, our team must therefore relaunch the indexing of our search engine, which will take several hours.
    In the meantime, and in order to avoid any duplicate items, we ask you not to re-create any new sales.

    I put a number of Djibouti listings yesterday morning and although they are showing in my ongoing listings, they are not showing on the public pages.
