    As the seller, I was warned by Delcampe staff that No paypal fee can be charged any more since 2018 according to Delcampe rule and Europe Law.
    Then I removed my paypal fee.

    But as the buyer, too many of my sellers , including Gold members and very high score sellers,always insist on charging paypal fee after I show them the delcampe rule.

    If I don't pay their paypal fee, they would required to cancel deal, put me in blacklist, no matter how many years I have bought from them.


    If Delcampe don't uniform rules, notify all sellers uniformly, more and more serios buyers would be put in more and more sellers' blacklist!

    This is a big problem, For all Buyer, For all Seller, and For Whole Delcampe site!

    Each time it happens you need to complain directly to Delcampe quoting the relevant rule that does not allow surcharging like this.

    Alternatively do not buy from such people or open an account purely for buying so it does not impact your main account.
