    I don't know if this applies to other sellers in other countries, but I've just discovered from my own Delcampe account, that until you complete the DAC7 verification process, you can't make withdrawals from your Mangopay balance.

    Delcampe says we have several weeks before we need to complete the verification, but my Mangopay account wouldn't let me withdraw funds before I verified, so I'd suggest everyone verifies ASAP.

    Once I did complete the verification my Mangopay withdrawal facility worked straight away.

    The issue you encountered when trying to withdraw your balance was not related to the DAC 7 verification process.

    It was due to a problem with your bank account on our side, which has since been resolved, allowing you to recover your balance.
