    Hello everyone,

    when I send an email to Delcampe buyers from a sender-address that does not match the email address of the seller account, these emails are not delivered.

    "Your message could not be sent to your recipient for the following reason:
    The email address you used is not recognized in our system. You must use an address linked to a Delcampe account. "


    Is there a way to add additional sender email addresses to the seller account?

    Hi diezacke,

    Unfortunately, for security reasons, the sender address email has to be the one linked to the account
    There is currently no way to add an additional email to an account
