How it's possible to resed daily listing counter ?

I have experience issues with a new client and I have decided to delete all items due to issues.

Now I'm not able to publish again due to your 10,000 items/daily policy

It's possible to reset now by contact the tech department ?

Hi Servitel,

As mentioned here ( Lien (https) the 10000 limit cannot be bypassed.

In addition, we have put a call in place to know the number of remaining items as well as the renewal date of this limit.
We haven't written the documentation for this call yet but you can already use it : GET /item/rate-limit

I experience server issue.
Every call with 100 items result into a INTERNAL SERVER ERROR 500

Randomly I can publish items in bulk

This happens with one client only. Same program with another account works fine

I don't want to discover login or other personal data here. It's possible to contact you by email ?

In our logs, we can see that the price you send us seems to be badly formatted (an array instead of an integer). I guess that's why you get the error only for a client.

I invite you to check/correct the data you send.

"err_description_http_image" error message is thrown when you have an http image link in the item description.
Which is not authorized.
Without the link, it should work fine.

Hello nexusfilatelia,

Currently, you don't have a saved limit yet (you still have your 10,000 posts).
In this case, the "renew_date" field is completed with the current date + the time limit (24h).

This call is still in "beta" so, we are going to make a modifications to change it so this field will returns "null" if you have not yet started publishing your items.

A doc concerning this call will soon be published on our github page.
