In August 2023 the South African Post Office was declared insolvent, and placed under business administration.
Mail service (tracked and untracked) will be offered to most European and Asian destinations. International mail service capacity is limited, with typical delivery times 4-8 weeks.
Courier / Delivery Services (DHL / DPD / UPS etc.) will be offered to all countries, and is the recommended delivery method.
A physical delivery address and a delivery telephone number is required by ALL courier services. If you are unwilling to provide this information, please do not order.
If you wish to use your own delivery service account and pay for shipping directly, you are welcome to arrange this. Please ensure your delivery service offers collections in South Africa.
If you wish to pay for delivery through an online booking with your preferred delivery service, you are welcome to do so. All aspects of booking your shipment, including customs declarations, will be your responsibility.
If you wish to have your order delivered in South Africa (eg. to friends/family, or while visiting), you are welcome to do so. Please place your order well in advance of your intended delivery date. |

Registered/Tracked Mail to GERMANY, ITALY, THE NETHERLANDS, ARGENTINA and BRAZIL will be offered on request and at the discretion of the seller. This is to avoid buyers who demand unrealistic delivery times being disappointed.
