Original 1979 U.S. first Columbia pressing of Back To The Egg, the final Wings studio album before Paul McCartney resumed his solo career. Recorded across Spirit of Ranachan Studio (Scotland), Lympne Castle (Kent) and London’s Replica / EMI Studios, the record fuses polished pop craft with hard-edged rock energy.
Features the Grammy-winning “Rockestra Theme” alongside singles “Getting Closer,” “Old Siam, Sir,” and “Arrow Through Me.”
This copy remains factory-sealed in original shrinkwrap, complete with the yellow track-listing hype sticker and Variety Records $6.93 price tag — a perfectly preserved retail artifact from the late ’70s.
