Neutral feedback

    Hi everybody !

Here is my story: After winning a low price action of complete Millenium FDC collection, the seller Oceanics wrote me:
"I am sorry to inform you that I dont have that collection anymore.
I dont understand why I still have it on sale. It was sold months ago.
No way I cant stop the sale now. But I will void it at the end.
    Again terribly sorry."
I asked him whom he sold the collection, but he couldn't give me any names.
On the next day he gave me neutral feedback and this was the top of his arrogance. Then I decided to give him 0% feedback.

I'd like to hear what's your opinion about this situation and how to handle it ?
Every answer is highly appriciated ! Thank you in advance !

Personally I think your negative was a bit harsh - as there was no transaction/deal. No money changed hands and the seller seems to have informed you as soon as he realised he did not have the item available. But he himself should not have left any feedback either as there was nothing to place any judgement on.
