    Can any Delcampe member assist me with identifying the attached stamp. I have had this for around 30 years .. It is obviously the West German post horn issue but over written with 2 ct in the centre and writing at the top which I can't read.

    Any help will be most welcome.

    Please excuse my request being in English, my German is not very good.

    I think this is a "children" issue!
    Play with stamps...... make new types .....
