However, sometimes neither the seller nor the buyer is at fault in a transaction that doesn't go as planned.

In the event that the transaction is paid for by PayPal, you benefit from the full PayPal warranty.

If it is paid by Mangopay, Delcampe then takes responsibility for refuding the buyer so that both parties remain satisfied with the service offered by the website. Delcampe reserves the right to judge on a case-by-case basis whether this limited transactional warranty can be applied in the event of a dispute.
