    Hello,

    I found this similar card on Delcampe. Same series; possibly the same illustrator (but I don't see a signature).

    The verso is written in German; the card (as yours) is printed in Germany.

    So one would be tempted to assume it's a German illustrator.

    In that case I would read the name as 'Wallen'. The first letter could be an 'N' too, but I doubt it.

    Unfortunately I found nothing on 'Wallen'/'Nallen'...
