If it states clearly free shipping (not just for their own country) than they should not charge you for shipping.

Just a update that maybe makes things stranger i only get free P+P if i order 10 or more postcards and pay in one payment, none of the sellers listings state this nor is it listed in there T&C's, i was planning on paying for the lot in one go anyway but the seller still invoices including the $3 charge !!

I previously loved the idea of Delcampe, but maybe they should be clamping down on the very highly experianced sellers that do this, maybe my money is not good enough for the seller but it sure was a big sale.

Sellers should not be trying to con buyers as theres plenty of auction sites to get the same items from, maybe we should be allowed to name and shame the sellers who do this giving Delcampe a bad name

I don't offer free postage, but I do combine postage and if you read my "message from member" you will see that I will only combine postage if all purchases have been paid for as a single transaction.

I am afraid sellers have to do this, because Paypal charges a fixed fee + a % for each transaction.

However, if your sellers has told you that you only get free p&p if you pay everything in a single transaction, and that is what you're intending to do, then he shouldn't charge you.
