You should be able to change the feedback to "comment only". I believe that is enough to reclaim your Delcampe fees.

In My Delcampe under "Sales" scroll down. At the left hand side, at the bottom of all the various links, click on "more". One of the options is "cancel a sale". Follow the instructions from there.

It took me a while to find that link first time I needed it.
