cannot communicate with buyer

    Hi,

    If this buyer has paid to your old PayPal account, it apparently still exists?
    Isn't it possible to transfer the money from your old account to your new account yourself?

    If your old PayPal account doesn't exist anymore, it seems to me it's not possible to transfer money to it. In that case the money should be returned to your buyer.

    As for contacting your buyer, I would have some patience - maybe a week or so?
    If you still didn't receive an answer by then, you can use the dispute process. To my opinion this is not harsh and unfriendly, as you first tried to contact your buyer by a 'normal' message. He refused to answer that, so it's he who is unfriendly.
