Wrongly labeled item

I have listed an item incorrectly, and the error has been discovered when I was talking to someone who has bid on the item. Subsequently, and quite rightly this person no longer wants this item.

How do I cancel the sale of this item. I have closed the sale, but that implies that the sale will continue, when all I want to do is remove this item, so that I can place it in the correct listing.

Any advice would be very much appreciated.

    Best wishes

    Hi Phil_ately,

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, I also need to change the value of the item, as the error would cause the value of this stamp to reduced considerably. This is not something that you can do in modify.

    Many thanks

You need to wait for the transaction to end then mutually cancel it by leaving a neutral feedback - which will not effect your buyers reputation. You can then, if you wish claim the Delcampes fees back for that item as the transaction was never completed. Then change the item to what it should be then re-list it.
